HOW IT WORKS
Savings
The membership is Credit based. One Credit is worth 30 minutes of shooting. The number of Credits you get depends on your membership level. Credits can be consolidated into 1-4 sessions per year* , in any combo that works for you. Savings range between 20%-30%.
If you wish, you can buy more Credits throughout the year.

Once you are a member, you can book the sessions in just one email or on the dedicated calendar. You can book ahead of time, or as the year progresses. You don't have to worry about planning and paying for the entire year. You get to enjoy a hassle-free, year long experience.
Let’s say you know you want a photo session in the Spring and the Fall. Once you are a member, all you have to do is email me or use your calendar to book all your sessions.
If you aren’t sure when you want the sessions, no problem! You can use them on the fly. Is your child having a big birthday this summer and you want a photographer to capture the event? Great! Use one of your sessions or combine them for longer coverage. Did your child just start kindergarten and you want to remember this special moment? How about another session once they graduate kindergarten? You have up to 3 or 4 sessions, use them up!

New parents. Lifestyle sessions with your baby at 2 months, 6 months and 1 year of age.
Families with kids. Document your life year by year.
Individual members. A portrait or a beauty session, a senior session, a gift for your sweetheart, profile pics for social media.

FAQ
Can I gift Credits or a Membership?
Yes. There are three ways to do it.
You can gift your own Credits to friends and other families as long as the total amount of sessions does not exceed the max limit.*
You can buy Gift Credits. A minimum of two Gift Credits are required. Limited spots, please check with me first
You can purchase a full Gift Membership. The total amount is due at time of purchase. Limited spots, please check with me first.
To purchase a gift you have to be a member. Gifts Credits and Gifts Memberships are non-refundable.
Can I get an “extended family” membership?
Yes! If more than one household within the same family signs up, a 5% discount off the regular membership fees will be applied to all the household memberships involved.
Can I sign up anytime during the year or are there entry dates?
You may sign up at anytime given there are spots available. If not, you'll be placed on a waiting list. When you sign up, you are on a 12 month plan. For example, if you sign up on August 1st, your year will last until the same day next year.
Are there black out dates?
Yes. See below.
I paid the yearly amount but need to cancel before the subscription time ends. Can I do that?
You may cancel at any time. The refund amount will be prorated based on how many sessions you have used at that point. However, the sessions and products delivered thus far, will be priced at non-membership prices. A cancellation fee applies if no sessions are used at the time of cancellation.
I'm having a wedding anniversary party and would like it to be photographed. Can I use one of my sessions for the party?
Yes! Your sessions cannot be used for weddings but you may use them for birthday parties, anniversaries, and senior sessions (see full list below). You can combine them, as well. For example, if you'd like me to photograph your child's birthday party for two hours, you can do that, but keep in mind you'd be using four Credits.
What if I have leftover sessions by the end of the year? Do they carry over to the following year?
Yes, there is a three month grace period if your membership automatically renews at the beginning of your next 12 month rotation. They do not carry over if your membership does NOT automatically renew.
Can I buy additional prints, holiday cards, or digitals from each session?
Additional products may be purchased and you automatically receive a discount.*
Is there a referral program?
For each new member you bring into our club you will get two Credits added to your subscription for the year. Credits need to be used within the photo session limits.*

Booking Rules
Booking is on a first come first serve basis. An opening for your desired date is not guaranteed. Rescheduling is allowed only due to hardship or weather conditions.
Although more than one spot will be open for popular dates (i.e. Mother's Day/Father's Day) please, remember spots are limited.
Other than small events, all portrait sessions take place Monday-Thursday.
Check my availability as soon as you know your needs. Saturdays are often booked for large events.
Black out Dates
Major Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Easter, New Year’s Eve, July 3rd)
Fridays and Saturdays can only be booked 45 days or less in advance.

Limiting the size of the club is crucial to keeping our calendar open to all of our members and keeping it exclusive. Once the club reaches 20 members, member referrals will be required, and new inquiries will be placed on a wait list.
